My idea is to create a store that gives everyone an exciting visual experience from a great selection of NZ Artists and Designers.  The aim is to bring together the most beautiful, unusual and exclusive collection of art, fashion, furniture and accessories that are Made in New Zealand as well as a selection of International artists and designers.

"He`done`"  is the Greek spirit (daimona) of pleasure, enjoyment and delight. (This is what I feel people should feel, when they buy an artwork, garment or jewellery).  The meaning behind The "House of Hedone" is the Quest for good things (visual pleasure, enjoyment and delight)that only brings good consequences.

Concept Gallery Store. I was inspired by an overseas concept called  "Slowretail". It is a platform for individual and exciting retailers and markets, a communication pool for slowing down the retail business. We want to make marketing for innovative examples in retail, which teach us that there is an exciting, active life beyond uniformed store concepts and boring shopping malls. Slowretail is an initiative of intrinsic value and inspiring retail, in all its forms and bright colors.Our markets, initiatives and store concepts are an expression of individuality and creativity. Sometimes innovative, sometimes traditional, they are always unique places for a “slowing down”. Often they are traditional companies that are consistent in their authentically faith in themselves. Shops that manage to live their values and their original merchant demand in product and advice quality.
